Original Medicare (Parts A & B)
Help understanding Medicare Part A and Part B, what each costs in 2026, and when to sign up so you never pay a late penalty.
Solutions You Can Count On. Garden State Medicare Solutions helps New Jersey with Medicare, the extras Medicare leaves out, final expense life insurance and retirement income. "Our valued client approach starts with an expert consultation, needs analysis, education, and a recommendation designed to fit your lifestyle, health care needs and budget."
Original Medicare, Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage and Part D, compared for your doctors and prescriptions.
Start here if you are turning 65, new to Medicare, or on a plan that changed for 2027. Original Medicare (Parts A and B) is the base. From there are two routes. A Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plan works alongside Original Medicare so you can see any doctor who accepts Medicare, and you add a Part D plan for drugs. Medicare Advantage puts hospital, medical and usually drug coverage in one private plan with a network and a yearly out-of-pocket limit. Jackie checks your doctors and every prescription before comparing either route. Annual Enrollment runs October 15 to December 7, 2026.

Medigap plans that sit beside Original Medicare and pay some or most of the deductibles, copays and coinsurance Medicare leaves you.
Part C plans that deliver your hospital and medical coverage, and usually your drugs, through one private plan with a yearly out-of-pocket limit.
Stand-alone prescription drug plans for people on Original Medicare, checked against your actual medicines and pharmacy every year.

Dental, vision, hearing, cancer, heart attack and stroke, and hospital indemnity cover for the gaps.
Start here once your main coverage is settled and you want help with what it leaves out. Dental, vision and hearing plans cover routine care and hardware that Original Medicare does not. Cancer, heart attack and stroke policies and hospital indemnity plans pay cash to you, which suits a plan full of copays and coinsurance. Jackie reads your own plan first so a policy is sized to a real cost.
Stand-alone dental plans for people on Medicare, compared on waiting periods, yearly maximums and your own dentist.
Coverage for routine eye exams, glasses and contacts, the eye care Original Medicare leaves out, compared with what your plan already includes.
Coverage for hearing exams and hearing aids, which Original Medicare does not pay for, compared with what your plan already includes.
A lump sum paid to you if you are diagnosed with cancer, a heart attack or a stroke, to use however you need while you recover.
Cash paid to you for hospital stays, to help with Medicare Advantage copays and the bills that keep coming while you recover.
Final expense whole life insurance: an act of love for the people you leave behind.
Start here if you want a small permanent policy that pays for a funeral, burial or cremation and final bills. Nobody likes to plan for this, but it is an act of love: a benefit you give the people you love once you are gone.
Small whole life policies that pay for a funeral, burial or cremation and final bills, so the people you love are not left with the cost.
A no-cost income strategy session and annuities for income you cannot outlive.
Start here if you want your nest egg to last. The no-cost Income Strategy Session looks at the lifestyle you want to keep living and the savings you have built, then designs an income plan around it. Annuities are discussed only where they fit, subject to underwriting and the claims-paying ability of the issuing company.
A no-cost Income Strategy Session that looks at the income you will live on, your Medicare costs and how to protect your nest egg.
Fixed and fixed indexed annuities for steady retirement income, explained in plain English with every surrender charge on the table.
There is no fee to talk with Jackie. All consultations are at no charge to you. Insurance companies pay agents a commission that is built into the price of a plan, so a plan costs the same whether you enroll on your own or with her help.
All of New Jersey. Many clients live in South Jersey (Camden, Burlington, Gloucester and Cumberland counties and the shore), and Jackie works with people statewide by telephone, Zoom or in person.
Yes. Many people start with Medicare and later add dental, vision, hearing, hospital indemnity, final expense or an Income Strategy Session. Looking at everything together helps avoid gaps and paying twice for the same protection.
