Common questions
Why does my county matter more than my town for Medicare?
Medicare Advantage plans are approved county by county, so every town in a county shares one plan list. Cherry Hill, Voorhees, Haddonfield and Collingswood use the Camden County list; Mount Laurel, Marlton and Moorestown use the Burlington County list; Washington Township and Glassboro use the Gloucester County list; Vineland and Millville use the Cumberland County list; and Westfield uses the Union County list.
How many Medicare Advantage plans are there in Camden and Burlington counties for 2027?
CMS lists 41 Medicare Advantage plans in Camden County and 39 in Burlington County for 2027, not counting Special Needs Plans. 33 and 32 of them, respectively, have a $0 Part C premium; 24 and 23 have a $0 combined monthly premium for Parts C and D. Source: CMS 2027 Landscape file.
